Summary

This position will directly report to the Senior Director, ERP. The right individual should be an experienced business systems analyst with a strong background with Oracle EPM for Financial Enterprise Planning and Analytics and experience with Oracle EBS. They will be responsible for partnering with the business on their day-to-day activities and advising on our long-term roadmap.

Lead Responsibilities:

  • Manage integrations, data extracts, 3rd party Add-in’s, and other technical solutions
  • Work with vendor to understand application features and current utilization
  • Act as a technical resource for system modifications, projects, and upgrades
  • User account maintenance and configuration
  • Work with business partners to prioritize and build roadmap for future enhancements and projects
  • Focus on end user support and develop deep understanding of processes and solutions to drive application strategy and vision
  • Work with end users to solve integration and reporting problems, and to determine requirements are being met
  • Document end-to-end processes and system configurations and decisions
  • Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing for system changes to ensure requirements are satisfied and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
  • Create and conduct training for users on system functionality
  • Other financial functions and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater is required
  • 10+ years experience with Tier 1 ERP solutions and 6+ years experience Oracle EPM
  • Experience with supporting FP&A teams through planning cycles and providing technical solutions/opportunities to improve processes
  • Experience with integrations between FP&A tools and other financial applications
  • Experience in workflow design
  • Experience with reporting methodologies and dashboard management
  • Experience with Middleware solutions, such as Dell Boomi
  • Experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion (or other Tier 1 ERP solution) Assists with project documentation and product training
  • Attention to detail; Strong prioritization, communication, and organization skills; Solid team player
  • Desired: experience with biotechnology or related field
